NOTE: Prices are for MOST Domestic & import fine spline axle shafts. Discounts apply ONLY if the axles are run at the same time.
NOTE: Import axles MUST have the brake backing plate removed

CV axle shafts MUST be completely disassembled (we do not disassemble or re-assemble).
ALL we need is the shaft(s) and the sample gear that fits the end we will be machining.

We machine the axles in their original hardened state, No annealing or re-heat treating is necessary (In most case's).
At the point of cutoff, the diameter must be large enough but not too large to be turned and resplined.
